Our experience includes:
Foundation Park
Theory Construction has completed phase one of this four-phase project. Located in the North Florida Biotechnology cluster in Alachua, Foundation Park offers state-of-art built-to-suit laboratory and office construction and is currently home to Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation (AGTC).
Sonic
Theory Construction is working with Sonic in multiple locations in Central Florida as a design-build partner. The locations of Coral Spring and Poinciana are expected to open in late 2018.
O2BKIDS!
Theory Construction has completed two renovations for O2BKIDS! in Oviedo and Altamonte Springs. The Oviedo Mall houses the newly renovated supercenter facility complete with classrooms, playground, and retail space.
Zaxby’s
Theory Construction is qualified as a Zaxby’s contractor and works with Zaxby’s franchises throughout Florida. Zaxby’s is build-to-suit construction and ranges in size from 3,600 to 3,900 square feet. Theory has built locations in Ocoee, Clermont, and Largo Florida.
Piesano’s
Theory Construction completed the 4,000 design-build Piesano’s located in Grand Oaks Town Center in December 2016. New construction is underway for an additional location in Ocala, Florida with an expected opening in late 2018.
Dollar General
Since 2011, Theory has constructed and developed over 200 Dollar General locations throughout Florida. Theory continues to construct 15-20 retail buildings for Dollar General each year.
Fort Bliss
Theory Construction (formerly known as Concept Construction of North Florida) completed the Fort Bliss Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility in 2008. The facility is over 160,000 square feet and was used for maintenance, repair, and storage of military vehicles and equipment.
Tractor Supply
Tractor Supply was constructed in Live Oak, Florida in 2011. The project sits on approximately four acres and the building is over 19,000 square feet.
Shoppes at 66th
(St. Pete Multi-Tenant)
The Shoppes at 66th St are home to Sleep Number and BayCare Urgent Care. Construction was completed in May 2016 and is over 6,400 sqaure feet.
Sunkissed Village RV Resort
Theory Construction recently completed Sunkissed Village RV Resort in Summerfield, Florida. This luxury RV and Park Model resort has full hook up sites with 50/1000 amp electric, sewer, and water and is conveniently located just five minutes north of The Villages. Sunkissed Village boasts upscale facilities including a heated pool, pickleball court, and an 8000-square foot, fully equipped clubhouse. For more information, visit Sunkissed Village RV Resort
